   Greetings,

   I am working on a canadian television show.
   I was wondering who should I talk to if we want to get an interview with Yang Peiyi.

   HI,
   Thank you for your comment and concern. Interview is not acceptable now for Yang. Her parents want her live peacefully with happiness, as normal Beijing girl. However,it seems can’t be. But I’ll give your concact email to them.

   People in Canada adore Yang and wish her all the best, we would present her interview in the new year special show on the french network of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

   Guess what, after it was disclosed that the classical quartet at the American Inauguration was backed by a pre-recorded sound track, the case of Pei Yi and Miaoke was raked up again in the western media. They again repeated the lies that Pei Yi was considered not “pretty enough” to perform in person by the Chinese; and that the Chinese were “faking and cheating.” Last August during the Beijing Olympics, I was so angered by their smears and non-stop “China Bashing” in the run-up to the Games that I personally wrote to all the major channels and called them up on the phone to register my strong complaint and told them the facts. Well, they didn’t want to know; why let the truth get in the way of a good story, eh? I have decided I am not going to complain again. All I need to know is that the Chinese government and people are treating Pei Yi very well; let her do sensible amount of charity work and healthy, useful activties; and that the kid is looking swell and happy. Those liars are sooooo last year. Give it a rest and get over it and get a life, those sorry excuses for “human beings!” I see that some Canadian media person wanted an interview with Pei Yi. I strongly advise against it. Pei Yi needs to grow up without any interference from the west at this stage. Well meaning or not, it would be seized by the incorrigibly unfriendly elements in the western press to pile pressure on the little angel and repeat all the lies again and again. Let her study and grow up in peace, under the loving gaze of her own parents and the people of China. Please say hello to Pei Yi and her parents for me and you can let them have my email address. Thank You and Happy Chinese New Year of the Ox to you all!!!
